To launch their new series on Hulu and Disney+, Goosebumps created a thrilling campaign using an LED back-lit doorway and a custom 3D extension via Colossal Mad Science, and NPARALLEL + Atomic Props. A doorbell at the wall provided frights and fun for curious passersby, while an installed spy-cam recorded their real-time reactions.
With monster sounds behind the door and an actor in camouflage, Goosebumps delivered the jump scares we love to see from the series. This is a masterclass on bringing an online experience to a live activation, and the major social media metrics stand to prove its success.
