Dead Heads and Dogfish Head: unite. To celebrate 60 years of the Grateful Dead and 30 years of Dogfish Head, the brands collaborated on a limited-run Pale Ale release.

The idea was to paint a mural near their beer release party. The execution was a million-impression campaign. With beer enthusiasts and rock fans flocking to the wall, the single mural became an online sensation.

Dogfish Head hit up Colossal for a hand-painted mural in Williamsburg near their local activation for the beer release party, sharing content of the mural on social and encouraging beer enthusiasts and deadheads to stop by and snap a photo with the wall. Meanwhile an event at the Brooklyn Bowl connected the dots and continued the party.
